Dave Buster's Hanover (arundel)

They are trying really hard, but could use some added help. Restaurant was pretty dirty and the food and service was really slow

The food was extremely delicious. The games me and my friends played were fun.

What didn't go wrong? We got cold food, never saw our server unless we actively searched for him. Never got refills even after asking and tracking down our server. We were probably charged for things we never got. I asked for milk for my baby never got probably charged. Asked for non fillable drink probably charged and never received. One good thing happened they didn't lose our cake that we brought that was great. But other than that EVERYTHING SUCKED. Never coming back for dining maybe games and that's it.

Our family experience was great. Our server was Kyle and he did and outstanding job!

Although the waitress was great, thr timing and quality of food wasn't very good. Our food came out cold and it wasn't great. After researching the reviews I wanted to see for myself how it was but the experience wasn't really good. The waitress was great but service was bad.
