Hanover Railside Family Diner

Drive through town, starving and found this place. I have the cattle soup. It was delicious and definitely homemade!! I got the double cheeseburger and my husband got the cheese steak hoagie, both fill and delicious! The server was amazing and attentive and the food was amazing! If you want good food and service at a reasonable price, this is your place!!

The food was fast hot and delicious. Portions were not too little or too much. The waitress was great, especially given the number of tables she had.

I visited just to have some ice but ended up ordering a sandwich, coleslaw, and soup because the menu looked so tempting. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. The sun was absolutely stunning. It's definitely worth a stop, and I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

We had our first dinner at Railside, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the “Jill’s Original Salad” and really enjoyed it. I had the shrimp special, and we shared a warm apple dumpling with vanilla ice cream for dessert. I highly recommend Railside!

The breakfast here is excellent. The servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's unfortunate that they are closed on weekends, as I miss visiting with my friends on Saturday mornings. However, if you can visit during the week, you definitely won’t be disappointed.
