Salt Hill Pub - Hanover

My friend and I had an early evening meal at your Hanover location today. The food was good, as we expected. The service was good, but wondered if the waiter wasn’t new or hadn’t been trained thoroughly. A couple of things...I ordered a RB dip and the extra knife was delivered handle away and blade aimed toward me. How about blade toward the plate and handle to my right and down? The pub was not busy, but we couldn’t get the waiter to pick up our bill until after three passes by the table. Also, one of the chair seats at our table was ripped. Just not very inviting. A couple of fussy old ladies trying to make things pleasant for everyone... just less than five stars today.

A cozy place with great food. The waitress was very friendly and the service was fast. The nachos taste particularly good. Food is also decently expensive. Would recommend if you are looking for comfort food.

Salt Hill Pub is a great place to grab a bite and a beverage before a movie at The Hop. I thought the appetizer menu was disappointing but that made me get the gyro. Highly recommended! They absolutely nailed the seasoning on the meat. Good stuff!

MY mom and I went to have a little bite between breakfast and dinner and since it was a nice day we sat outside to enjoy a fall day. The place was very busy for 2pm and it seemed as though they may have been understaffed as waitstaff was running indoors for longer periods of time than just picking up drinks and food, so it came across as if they also had table inside as well as we on the outside. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant considering they were haggard. The food was okay and i expected it to be better since I had been there once prior, and the reason for taking my mother there for a bite. It seems like a fun place as it has things going on every evening that includes, trivia night, karaoke and music etc... I will go back if I am in town. Overall I would give it an 85 out of 100...
