Pho One-o - Hanover County

The cha gio aka crispy rolls were Chinese egg rolls. There isn't supposed to be cabbage in those crispy rolls. They were flat out Chinese Egg Rolls. They don't go well with the traditional dipping sauce. None of the tables has fish sauce, or pepper. The broth needed a little extra fish sauce, and there were none anywhere. Some of the meat cuts were really chewy, which they aren't supposed to be. I had high hopes for this place but it's just another group of folks trying to capitalize on Viet food; that aren't Vietnamese. This isn't a real pho house.

This is some really good Pho!! You will not be disappointed. I’ve had pho about 10 times in the last 2yrs and even more in life. I even make it myself. But this Pho beef broth… delicious. I had the yummy fried spring rolls too! Well done! ?? Will be back!

I am your loyal customer. I've been to pho one o at least 40 times in a span of two years, but the recent visit that I made in July was sadly underwhelming. Something happened to the pho broth. It's bland. I don't taste the same flavor. I would love for the og flavor to come back :
