Mcdonald's Hanover Park-o’keefe Family Restaurants

There's bad McDonald's/fast food establishments, and then there's this McDonald's, might get hot food once every ten times, checking your order before you leave is a requirement, because it is probably someone else's order, or anything you asked to be removed was completely ignored, but it's ok, you can spend about forty bucks on two meals, complain to their corporate multiple times, and they'll say sorry and send you a coupon for a free desert. There's poor buissness models, including this line of franchises in the category of poor wouldn't do them justice.

The men's bathroom was out of soap. It was brought to the evening female manager's attention. Told her they needed to refill the soap and concerned if employees used the washroom (since we just finished eating), she ignored addressing sanitary concerns and said they will take a look, did not do so, meanwhile still took more orders, serving more food knowing that's a food handling violation/concern. She may not care if restaurant staff touch their genitals and serve food to her or others, but we did and it's not to be taken lightly. 3/4/2024.Update: After 40 min.. a male employee used the washroom and the soap was not refilled.

Got ice cream ? cones and for 2.29 its not worth it. Never getting ice cream or mcflurry cause i wanted more ice cream with my m&m's ?

Spicy nuggets were good along with mighty got sauce fries were good. Other stuff is good too. Staff was nice.

The place was busy when I went.
