KFC - Hanover

The restaurant faced challenges with a long line, limited staff, and some mistakes with my meal. Despite these obstacles, my food was prepared quickly. They did forget the sauces for the chicken, but I understand the difficulties of finding and training staff in present times. Overall, they did a commendable job under the circumstances.

Drove 40 minutes to Hanover KFC recently as our local KFC shut down for good over Christmas. Hanover KFC restaurant very clean and tidy, associates neat and very helpful and they know how to treat customers. Large order was ready in minutes and piping hot. Got home and order was exactly what we asked for and was probably the greatest tasting KFC that we have ever tasted. KFC Hanover is the greatest KFC in Canada. You guys do a great job there and thank you for making my day. So great to see that there are still restaurants out there that know how to treat a customer and how to cook great food. If I could give 10 stars I would! Fantastic place!

Stopped in here for a bit to eat and grabbed a bucket of popcorn chicken! Food was hot, friendly staff and fast drive through window! Plus they gave me 4 plum sauces to eat my meal with and I didn't need to pay extra like some places charge!

My Wife and I have visited KFC in Hanover approx. 4/5 times a year. When it's fresh, hot, and moist it's great chicken. We have also ordered when it's not so hot, dried out and you need liquid to help wash it down. It can be hit or miss on the freshness. When we are in the mood for chicken with that special coating, we do go back and hope for that good experience.

Since the rennovation this restaurant is much better friendly staff very helpful. Purchased the fries and gravy special with the grecian bread. Yum.
