The accommodation leaves much to be desired, and the management is unhelpful. I once asked if the old refrigerator could be replaced, and they informed me that since it was 10 years old and still functional, they wouldn’t change it. The apartment itself is outdated and has an insect problem. The jacuzzi is in terrible condition, with leaves floating in it. Overall, the housing is both old and overpriced. I cannot recommend this place. The only positive aspect is the friendly and prompt maintenance staff, but unfortunately, the management is lacking, and my clothes were damaged by the washing machine.

I do not recommend renting here. They tend to overcharge for repairs whenever possible. The rent is high for apartments that are not up to standard. It’s best to steer clear of this place.

My family and I lived here for over 5 years. I loved that the community actually felt like a community, not just an apartment complex. the office staff are always very pleasant and quick to help and answer question. The maintenance was also very amazing. whenever I had something that needed fixed, it was done that day or the next day. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know!

My family has lived here for almost 4 years and we are only moving because we just bought a home. This is the best apartments we have ever lived and we have many fond memories here. The office staff are always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick on the few occasions something needing fixing. The apartments are beautiful inside and out and landscaping is pretty. I liked that the bus picked up and dropped off at the front of the apartments. The pool is so relaxing, I will miss that the most. The best time to go is mid-morning, it gets busy in the afternoon.
