Panera Bread - Happy Valley

I had a turkey sandwich and slice apple on the side. The sandwich was fresh and very good. But the apple slices were cut earlier and was on the brown side.

Placed an order for rapid pick up. Order a salad, once I picked up my food the container was greasy and crusty. Just overall unappetizing. This was the second incident as well.

Never has online orders ready on time, expect to wait 10+ minutes after the expected pick up time.

At this place, you will pay a lot of money for small portions of bland food. The only thing I've had from their menu that is good is the brocoli and carrot cream. Their breads are ok, but I wouldn't recommend it, if you like food that has actual taste to it.

The service was wonderful! Upon me going up to the counter, I was immediately attended to and they allowed me to take a little bit of time as it had been a while since I’d been. I recommend!! ?
