Pieology - Happy Valley

Reminded me of Modz pizza where can pick all your toppings you want. This place has one size but different kinds of crusts to pick from. Baked in fire oven. Yummy ????

Today was my first time trying them out I had the cauliflower crust chicken bacon ranch pizza, it was soo good...BUT NO BACON!!! They didnt put ANY BACON on my pizza. Very disappointing but your pizza is really good. Please pay better attention.

I visited this restaurant to try their vegan pizza. Pieology offers an excellent gluten-free crust. The concept of building your own pizza at Pieology is great. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the location - there were dirty napkins on the floor and food crumbs everywhere. The cheese was spilled in the sauces, which was not very appetizing. The staff were friendly but not very helpful. Overall, I was not impressed with this particular location.

I am disappointed with the size of their pizzas now. I ordered a regular crust but it was much smaller than expected. I used to love Pieology, but I probably won't be returning to this location.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I specified that the order was for a person who lived at my address. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong order belonging to someone else. After realizing the mistake, they exchanged it for the correct order but reused the previously opened order which could have been contaminated. Despite the quality of the pizza and breadsticks, I will not be returning due to my concerns about food safety. The owner's response lacked an apology or a chance for me to provide feedback on the incident. I advise against ordering from this establishment, especially considering a previous customer reported getting sick. With a one-star review, I do not recommend this restaurant.
