Not only did I witness the workers doing nothing but staring at someone experiencing a medical emergency who had to be taken away in an ambulance the last time I was here, but every time I visit, my order gets messed up. I have finally decided to stop coming to this location, despite its proximity to me. The final straw was when I entered to place an order and the workers were even ruder in person than they are through the drive-thru. When I asked a question, a worker responded with, "Why are you asking me?" I was taken aback as they work there. They then proceeded to ignore me with an attitude. Another customer overheard and commented that this location is honestly not good. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable that I left without ordering. They really need to improve the attitude of their employees at this location. It may be due to a shortage of workers, but the negative energy at this place is unbearable.
Food was disgusting. My food wrapper was saturated with great like they soaked it in oil. When i called manager was not so nice. And waited so long in drive thru.... never again will I go there.
I was charged For the wrong food when I asked for a refund, it was made a hassle at the window, and the manager on duty refused to give me a receipt for proof of refund. Bad example set for the new employee training at the window.
Love this location. They are really sweet staff. The young lady working gave me a free freeze. The manager here is super nice and I enjoy how positive she is with her staff. I've done delivery before at this location and it was fabulous and early. Way too go guys. Customer Service wise this location tops all the taco bells I've ever gone too.
I ordered a 5 layer burrito and it tasted so gross I couldn't finish it. I threw it to a group of crows.
