It felt damp, dirty/stained carpets chair and lampshades, leaky toilet and evidence of a leak in the bathroom ceiling.Worst part was the uninvited guest that appeared in the night cockroach. Trapped one, sure there was more.We were in building 1, entrance felt like we were having to sneak in through a backdoor. Hallway had a funny smell.Definitely not a place that lives up to Hilton standards.
It's more like a 3.5, the staff was great and friendly. The amount paid did not match due to the outdated room. I was so hesitant because of the reviews i read online after i booked but really enjoyed it and didn't experience any of it. Would of gave them a 4 star but they didn't have coffee on one of the days i was there.?
Costs way too must for what we experience. During my stay I killed four bugs, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The mopped and pushed the dirt to the corners of the bathroom. This is lazy and disgusting. The mattress is cheap and old and not a good sleep at all. The complimentary breakfast is terrible. There was a huge dehumidifier in the bedroom. There was obviously some major water damage in the room recently as I could see where they had patched the ceiling. This room should not have been available or it should have been discounted. It was almost impossible to sleep with that huge thing on all night. The only good thing I will say is that the staff are extremely friendly and the room is quite spacious. This was hardly worth what was paid and will never be using this hotel again.
This is an older place with some nice amenities. However for the price you pay I would expect the place to be much cleaner. My 10 month old got black knees and tops of her feet from crawling on the carpet. The bottom of everyone else's feet got nasty as well. There were stains on all the chairs and couches. The bathroom door was grimy like it hadn't been wiped down in years. We had 5 people in our party. There were 2 towels and no bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room. The front desk staff at night was somewhat rude. However day staff was very nice and helpful. Overall not impressed with the place and will not stay there again.
I really expected more from a Hilton sub. The complimentary breakfast was the best: eggs, hash, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, juice, milk, waffle, everything. But unfortunately, the room had fleas that had my ankles for dinner. When I told front desk, they apologize and gave me another room immediately. This room had not a working phone. We starting to feel ill and decided to leave 1 night earlier. We had avoided Covid for over 2 yrs, but we caught it in our mini vacay. Here? I will never know, but yes in GA.
