Jack In The Box - Harbor Hills

Ok…. My buddy and I get into drive through and over the course of our ordering we were told 4 times “sorry, we’re out of that”. What??? When we asked this woman why they were out of so many things her answer was, “I don’t know”. No attempt to find out either. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH WORK ETHIC AND EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES THESE DAYS. No one cares about jack squat.

Breakfast Jack was ok with bacon, it's better with ham. The Potato Logs were delicious and the breaded, fried Chicken sandwich was delicious! First time we tried it and it was delicious! Crunchy and flavorful! Definitely a must-buy entrée for future visits there.

I ordered a side salad for 2.39 , I get to the window and she says it’s 2.97, I said, why is it so much…it says 2.39 on your menu? She says I don’t know… tax. In California tax is about 10 cents to a dollar. I told her that is too much and then I said I will not be buying anything today and I drove off. I have been going to that Jack in the box for over 45 years. I don’t plan on ever going back again. They are ripping off people with all these extra fees that even the employee didn’t know of. Bye Bye, Jack-in-the-Box!

Service was awesome but our hamburgers had no flavor. The meat was plain no salt or anything.
