I hope the owner reads this review and considers rehiring the staff, especially the manager. Despite placing a large order worth over $700, the staff refused to fulfill it and even hung up on me multiple times. They claimed they didn't have enough staff to handle the order, despite me offering to wait. The service, atmosphere, and food quality at this location are all extremely poor. I urge the owner to address the issues with the staff, especially the manager, as they are likely the reason for the lack of profitability.
I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but I will not be returning. I had an issue with my order a month ago and when I called to complain, I was hung up on. Tonight, it took 2 hours to receive my order, only for it to be incorrect and below average. I ordered a Brooklyn pizza, but received a regular one instead. I also requested extra cheese, but it seems like the chef didn't understand the concept because there was no extra cheese. The boneless chicken pieces were small and overcooked. I would not recommend giving this place your business.
