Domino's Pizza - Harker Heights

This place is ridiculous, pizza is overpriced and taste has gone downhill. Their coupons are just scams. Two for 6.99 turns into 8.99 and then displays a message saying this is the best price. I’ve ordered from them a few times and it seems like they don’t care about customers anymore. They just throw pizzas together these days and keep raise prices. I bet they aren’t raising the pay for their people. Last delivery person insisted I pay a tip or else and when I called about it they told me to tip! Crazy it’s the customers who need to pay the people to drive less than 3 miles to drop off your food. Never eating there again

I have been ordering from the Domino's by Walmart on the expressway for over a year, I literally live 5 minutes from this store. Today I call to place my order and I am told they don't deliver to my address even though they have been. The lady on the phone sounded like she was making up every answer she gave as to why now after all this time they can't deliver to my house. They advised me I have to order from the veterans store that is 15 minutes away from me.

Had sandwhichs chicken habanero had lots of meat and philly cheesesteak not even enough meat 1 layer

I had a delivery order this evening and part of my order was wrong. I ended up driving to Dominos to let them know I received the wrong order. None of the employees apologized, it seemed more of an inconvenience to have them make my order right.While waiting at the pickup window outside, I witnessed one of the employees handling money from the register and then going back making the food. No hand washing at all. There were also cleaning spray bottles on the food prep station.While waiting, a car ended up waiting behind me and per the employee, he told me to go park in the front. I waited in the front parking lot and ended up having to walk in to get my correct order.I was charged a delivery fee only to receive part of my order wrong and having to drive to dominoes receive bad customer service.

Foodbis good but the staff always mess up my pizza by missing items on it. The last I was told to call in and I'll get a free pizza and when I do a month later. There's no record of that promised free pizza.
