Pizza Hut - Harker Heights

Picked up my online order around 7:28pm and witnessed one of the employees vaping inside the restaurant in the kitchen area where food is prepped and stored. He was chatting with the other employees. The employee vaping looked to be an African American male wearing a red Beenie, I am shocked this is allowed is a health risk.

The service was fast, and the food tasted like it was rushed in preparation.

Excellent experience. The staff is friendly and professional, clean bathrooms, and family friendly movie playing.

I ordered pepperoni lovers and got regular pepperoni.But was able to contact the manager which corrected my order.

The employee at this particular place seems to be not such in a good mood. Happens often when i go pick up delivery orders from their. Some of the employee are kind, but from what I come to notice, being a delivery person who picks up their regularly from their are mostly theor are not. I have a lot of feeling as if I'm bothering them for even asking for the order I'm picking up or I get the silent treatment. Also nothing most of the is.said upon arrival or when i leave....Not a have a good day or anything and always when I come in no one is their and then I don't get any greeting as in hi how can I help you or hello I'll be with you in a few minutes. But nun the less the atmosphere very nice and food great!!!
