Pizza Hut Express - Harker Heights

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. We were a party of 4. Older people mind you. Not teenagers. After me and one member of our party finished I went outside to get some fresh air while my son and another friend stayed inside to finish their pizza. An employee was leaving and asked me for a light. I obliged. About 5 or 10 minutes later another employee came outside and asked us how long we were going to be cuz their manager didn't like people standing around. Which, from what I saw inside with the employees, there was a lot of standing around. I explained my son was inside still eating. And asked for the name of the manager and didn't get a response other than they apparently had 4 managers on duty. I will never be back to this location. It was trashy and I've never been treated so badly. Staff, including the managers are extremely rude. They literally kicked me and my autistic son and 2 guests out because they said they didn't want us hanging around. I went back inside and we left before my son could finish his second piece of pizza. What a garbage place. Sorry we ever stopped here. I was told there were 4 managers working there. Not one was willing to discuss their issue with us. And they refused to give their names or the name of the person requesting that we leave before our party finished eating. To the so called manager who asked me who my son was without providing his own name when I asked, its none of your business who my son is. It's very inappropriate to speak to a customer the way you and your coworkers spoke to us. I will never return to your horrible establishment and will tell everyone I know to stay away too. Any establishment willing to kick out an autistic customer for no good reason, doesn't deserve customers.

The most perfect looking tasting pizza!!! Arrived sooner than expected too and received the order and all sauces correctly

This is my favorite Pizza Hut. Very clean and they know how to make the crust just right without burning it or leaving it doughy. If I order online it is always ready when they promise.
