Whataburger - Harker Heights

I can't speak for Whataburger during the day, but late at night, around 2 AM, it's definitely the place to be. I intended to take a picture, but I ended up finishing most of my food before I got home! I had a patty melt and some onion rings, and they were fantastic!

Maranda is the manager and works the night shift. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit, but when I received it, there was no sausage! When I called back to address the issue, Maranda was extremely rude and hung up on me. I've never felt so disrespected by anyone, especially someone so young.

This location has some of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered. I've never received an incorrect order or old fries. Fresh fries bring a whole new level of joy!

Kinda funny experience. Got a bunch of burgers for my friends and I. Got home and handed them out. One of my friends unwrapped a burger with no burger. Like bun, toppings, sauce and no meat. We got a kick out of it but its the 2nd location that has donethis. Funny and not worth my time to ask for another burger but I feel like thats a mistake you can't make if your thing isburgers. The burger is a key part of the burger if you know what I mean..

TERRA, did an awesome job of taking my order in the drive-through she was very friendly and very polite and even said you?re welcome after I said thank you. We need more courtesy like this in our world right now. Love you guys
