It has retained much of the character with many locals in evidence with seats and mugs in place. We sat outside on a bench that I am sure was around when we came here, as well as many much more modern seating. Does the heart good to see a balance of old and new mingling together.
We researched on Google dog friendly pubs in the Harlow Area and the **** Inn came up so we thought great. When we arrived there we were all very Hungary and made our way through the main entrance to a very empty pub, we thought it was a little strange that there were no cars parked in the main car park but all the same we ventured in. I did call out to the lady behind the bar is it ok to bring our little dogs in and she reluctantly said yes. I then ask if we could have a lunch menu and she said we don’t do food on a Monday why ???? It’s ridiculous and that explained to me why the Car Park was empty. We won’t be going back there that’s for sure, shame as it looked lovely

Very friendly pub , staff always pleasant, happy to help in anyway, what you call a good old local pub, not many left .
I love this pub. It's my local just ten mins walk away and its dog friendly. Always clean, staff always friendly and the dogs get a lot of fuss. There's biscuits, water and poo bags available as well as a lovely lounge, bar and beer garden. Perfect for summer!
