Pizza Express Harlow

I can praise the personal at pizza express not enough for the fantastic service and tasty eating. a scream, above all, to me, who cared for us all night. michelle has made our young people so welcome . . . we will definitely visit again

I really don't like to leave negative reviews because I think that a bad experience can be switched over when it is properly treated. they can probably guess by my assessment that this was not the case. we booked a couple of weeks ago a table to celebrate the end of our children's sats, we were a big party consisting of 8 children and 6 adults. unfortunately the dinge were not promising. it took 40 minutes for someone to order our drinks. then another 30 minutes to take our food order. our main thing came when our starters weren't even erased. we then sat there for an hour after we had finished our meal and waited for someone to clean the teller. we also waited a long time until second drinks arrive (water for the children was completely forgotten) we had to stand up twice and find a worker. I asked a waiter to help us because we had waited so long. then he asked what dessert we wanted, so I pointed out to him that he wanted to delete the table first. then we got our desserts, but we missed a coffee and a dessert, so we had to wait again! as we eat our desserts, a chef came out behind the kitchen with a large gray box and began to clear all the teller in them. it was laughing on the stage when it felt like we were in a school kantine when he rested the box on the dinning tables! he didn't have to do that, but it was pretty loud that there were personal problems. in this phase we had quite enough as what was assumed to be a pleasant evening of celebration, which was overshadowed by the never-ending delay and non-existent services. we asked to see the manager who seemed to always come to our table (probably feared of what to expect).) when she finally appeared and we explained how unhappy we had been with the service, we were told that there was a never-ending list of dingen from disease, lack of personal was that pizza express has offered to many offers that meant that they did not come with. so pizza express, if they actually take time to read reviews, they can. 1: personal hide 2: train their personal 3: make sure that the manager is in the position, on the restaurant floor at any time, how can they manage what goes on when they are stuck on a coffee machine on the back. 4: if the restaurant is short personal, allow the manager to turn customers at the door away as they prefer 50 people good service than 100 people bad service, do the mathematic, it is not difficult to find out how many people they gain or get rid of their experience with them, as tonight they have definitiw the business of 5 groups of families lost.

Not disturbing. service is bad eating not better. decore was evil strange or was present. the personal could not answer why. had to send back the pizza, over boiled hard. this place is a mistake to visit. the most terrible restaurant I visited.

Today i visited pizza express harlow with my friend so we could go for a nice lunch. food was great and came very quickly however, the staff working were unkind un enthusiastic and whoever employed them clearly didn’t know who they were hiring, due to...the waitress claiming she couldn’t care less about her job. she was rude and put me off of my food. she had no emotion and didn’t smile or even open her mouth just gave looks i like the food but you should reconsider you let staff #nevergoingback yours sincerely eva and gemma xxx

My family visited this evening the harlow pizza express for my little girl birthday. unfortunately the restaurant was not busy, but we had a nice time! the cook allowed my 2 youngest to make their pizza they loved! staff very friendly and attentive! eat beautiful. we haven't waited long. after the meal the workers bought about a chocolate brew with a candle on it we all happy birthday to my 3 year old sang she loved it! Many thanks to the beautiful ladies in harlow, it is a since we have in, but we will definitely be back!
