T G F Pizza Co - Harlow

My experience at the Harlow branch of this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered our usual pizzas, but when they arrived, they were lacking in ingredients. I called to explain the issue, but the man I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to provide a refund and directed me to the website instead. I was shocked and appalled by his attitude. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this branch again. I hope that management addresses this issue and responds to my complaint. If this is the type of person they employ, I am disgusted.

The pizza at this restaurant is of good quality. Although it can be a bit greasy for my taste at times, overall it is a great choice.

The restaurant is easily accessible and the food always tastes great. I live just around the corner. The staff is friendly and it is good value for money.

Had pizza from this great facility last night. the young behind the theke were really happy and very helpful! hopefully they read this and we want to say a massive thank you for taking care of us! They will know what we mean. the pizza. it was really good! a lot to beat, beautiful and spicy and good priced. highly recommended!
