Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant is amazing and I highly recommend the tweepers. However, I found them on Just Eating but they keep appearing as closed when they are actually open. I tried calling them but there was no answer, and when I tried to order online, it said they were shut when they should have been open. I'm not sure why this is happening, but it is quite frustrating. It would be helpful if they could put a note on their website indicating when they are open or closed. This situation definitely puts a damper on the overall dining experience.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant with the expectation of a timely delivery within an hour. Unfortunately, it ended up taking almost two hours for the food to arrive. The chicken dish was disappointing, as it was mostly bone and very little actual meat. The chips were also soggy. Overall, not a great experience.
We absolutely adore Willets. The homemade beef burgers and the pulled pork are incredibly delicious. The website is user-friendly, although occasionally we may receive a burger with sauce even though we requested it without. However, this isn't necessarily a problem as I believe all burgers should have sauce. Those who order burgers without sauce may not have the best judgment when it comes to takeout orders, so keep that in mind.
Went to Willetts on my lunch break today on my own, the staff are so lovely and friendly and so was the food, it was my first time here so I had no idea what to get and decided for a cheese burger and chips......for it was worth the money, burger was well seasoned and cooked perfectly and the chips were plentiful and tasted amazing.. I will definitely be getting my lunch there again soon!
Was always a fan of this place and was thrilled when she was the final of the best takeaway in but I think that success has gone into the head. a few months back we recommended them to my daughter and my son in the law, which were very disappointed with their meal. Yesterday I have logged in to their website to order directly instead of just eating because they do not charge shipping costs. a pre-order of the work shortly after I was arranged to get from work to home. it was delivered in my other half, told the driver that it was too early. He said if that were the case, it would be here what it is not. my other half accepted the order. When I came home, we saw eating inspect and being fair, most of it was in order, except the onion bites that were a soggy fair. I called her and explained the problems before he got it. he said they can not pre ordered because my system does not show it. Now I can't prove this because they never sent a job confirmation that just eat always does. but remaining polite I said most of the food looks good except the bevel bites that are soggy chaos. will they have replaced? his answer was good what they expect when they leave them for half an hour. after a strata I could not be harassed to argue and said, just forget, but do not expect another order of me. when we had our meal, my other half discovered that her ultimate sandwich, that should have had meat, had only one thing she said, was also dry and tasteless. my burger and the others were good. now I can forgive mistakes! what I can't forgive is a bad customer service, which I got this time. I'm so sorry that it's not to look back
