Every time I've visited this restaurant, I've encountered staff who seem impatient or unfriendly.

First time at a Tim Horton's so not sure what to expect. I ordered Timbits, a croissant, and a PS latte for pick up. Location looks new and clean from the drive through. Employees sounded tired through the speaker and told me they were out of croissants. I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel as a replacement, no problem. When I got home (5 min drive) the bagel was a plain and the Timbits were wet?? I don't know how else to describe them. They weren't hot but they were soggy and melting? It was very unpleasant. Unless someone can convince me otherwise I won't be visiting a Tim Horton's again.
