Immaculate presentation and taste to match! We had lobster hush puppies, jerk chicken and lobster Mac and Cheese. The spices are perfectly blended, drinks delicious, and we even got flourless chocolate cake to go ? Our waiter Savion was very attentive and personable. We come through the area about once a month and will definitely come back the next time we're here.
Best food in Monroe, competes with some of the best places in NYCFantastic mixed drinks too
Bad first impression, we were seated outside and had to wait 15 mins before the server came to our table again. Fortunately they apologized sincerely and offered us a complementary bottle of rose, integrity move. The food was absolutely terrific. We had the j chicken and the fried chicken sandwich, both exceptionally tasty. The presentation was great, the place itself has a nice atmosphere, the chef brings out every dish himself and apart from the little hiccup in the beginning the experience was just delightful. Would highly recommend this place, hands down one of the nicest and most genuine restaurants I’ve been to in the area in a while. 5/5.

This afternoon, my husband and I were on our way back to the Albany, NY area after a short trip to Cape May, NJ. We were looking for a place to eat and happened to pass the Harriman exit on the parkway. That's when I discovered An Artistic Taste, and I'm so glad I did! I mention our trip to Cape May only to highlight that we had already enjoyed plenty of seafood. Despite that, I decided to try the fish tacos and customized my order to make sure it wasn't too spicy. These were, without a doubt, the best fish tacos I’ve had in a long time. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and loved it as well. Even though it's 1.5 hours from our home, we would absolutely make the trip again just to enjoy the fantastic food. And did I mention the service was friendly? Thank you, An Artistic Taste—keep up the great work!
