Burger King - Harriman

I always aim to find the positives when writing a restaurant review, but unfortunately, I can't find anything good to say about my experience at Burger King. I waited for about 15 minutes in the drive-thru line and ended up spending $20 on a meal for myself and my two children, none of which we enjoyed at all. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I'm almost certain it wasn't cooked properly; it was soggy and unappetizing. The drinks we ordered were just handed to us without any care.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way home and ended up waiting in line for about 10 minutes, despite only two cars being ahead of me. When I finally got my food, I was disappointed to find that the fries were unsalted and lacked seasoning. The onion rings were undercooked as well. The Whopper, drinks, and chicken nuggets were acceptable, but I didn’t receive any of the condiments that were listed on my receipt, so I had no sauces at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

If you notice more than two or three cars in the parking lot, it’s best to look for another place to eat. Unless you’re prepared for a long wait, that is. After waiting an eternity for a simple order of three rodeo burgers, I ultimately had to ask for my money back. The staffing situation is that bad.

This establishment is hit or miss. To be honest, they are a miss more than they are a hit. The service is slower than most places and I rarely get a correct order. The food is pricey for a fast food restaurant and not receiving a correct order doesn't help. The value isn't worth the cost.

The absolutely worst BK I have ever been to. Sat in line for almost 20 minutes behind 1 car who had already ordered. I was asked for my order, it was 2 whoppers no cheese and a fish sandwich, was told to wait a second and 15 minutes later I had not heard from them. So I drove off and went to Hardee's and got excellent service. This BK has been like this since it opened. Needs new management and employees.
