Contribuisci feedbackWe called in an order of crawfish and waited OVER 1 HOUR in the parking lot. when the food finally was brought out, the guy handed it over and ran back to the restaurant without a word, I'm sure to avoid even apologizing for the delay. completely unacceptable wait time
Went there for the first time with my husband . Best fried seafood in NWA!!! Won’t disappoint!
Tried spicy crawfish first week and mild crawfish next, both times was so salty that it was almost went in the trash. If it wasn’t that everything was so expensive since I also got boil shrimp that was also too salty. I would recommend getting the sauce on the side and using at own will. I recommend the restaurant to do samples of how long their food can sit in the mild and spicy sauce before becoming too salty.
EMC consistently has great crawfish when it’s in season and the catfish is always cooked to perfection. We’ve been very impressed with how well they adapted to accommodate customers during the pandemic. Any time we have had even a minor issue, the customer service has been above and beyond.
I hate to do this because this is a restaurant that we have previously enjoyed. I am so disappointed with the food and service that I am still in the restaurant writing this review. I ordered the blackened grilled shrimp $14. the shrimp came out extremely overcooked, shells still attached. My husband got the crab bucket with beans and fries as his side. The crab legs were extra small in size, overcooked and had no flavor. The sides are now served in baby styrofoam cups. The rice that I had as a side was undercooked, with some pieces being totally uncooked. Our server was inattentive and when we asked for anything she seemed annoyed by us. As if this all isn't enough, the corn had zero flavor, which is why I requested the side of rice, only to be further disappointed. IDK what has happened to this place but we are very disappointed and won't be back.
