I've been coming to O'Charleys regularly for over a year, and I love the environment I recognize many of the regulars in the restaurant, and they recognize me. They've changed happy hour up quite a bit, having it from 3 6pm daily, and some apps are on the happy hour menu as well. Long Island Iced Teas aren't on happy hour anymore, but Sheena does make a phenomenal LIT!
We ordered several Different things. The potato soup was mostly cheese soup and very very few potatoes. The balsamic chicken lacked flavored. The chicken tenders were over cooked. Overall, the food lacked flavor. The waitress was great.
Just being honest about the entire visit today to O'Charleys in Tri County. We called in advance for a party of 10 and were told no problem. When we arrived we had to wait because the hostess had no idea we were coming. They were very understaffed. Once we were seated we waited over 30 minutes to get drinks and our orders taken. When the food arrived most of us thought that the portions were a lot smaller than what we were used to. I had a bowl of tortilla soup which was tasty and a half club sandwich. This is their lunch special and comes with a beverage for $9.99. The atmosphere was typical of a chain restaurant.
Have tried many dishes and have never been disappointed. My son said their filet was very good. Tried the ribs on my last visit and they were very good.
Coldest beer in Harrison, OH! The bartenders are always attentive and food is consistently great!
