Mcdonald's - Harrisonville

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The fries I had were simply amazing!

My husband and I got married on October 13th, and on our way to our honeymoon, we found ourselves starving. We stopped at McDonald's because we couldn't wait for a nice sit-down restaurant to come along. The line was incredibly long, so my husband, dressed in his suit, went inside to order. When he mentioned it was our anniversary, the manager offered to cover our meals! Everyone was so kind, and the food was served hot and quickly. Thank you, McDonald's, for adding to our joyful confusion on this special day!

This McDonald's is better than many others. The staff generally seem motivated and the food is usually quite fresh. However, during my latest visit, I received limp, cold French fries, and my special sauce was missing from my custom double cheeseburger. Typically, this location performs better. Additionally, the app is quite slow to load and challenging to navigate. While this isn't specific to this franchise, it reflects a broader issue with the McDonald's system, which is quite frustrating. I find the prices consistent with the chain's trend, but it’s still worth noting.
