This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is absolutely no quality to the basic standard of food coke is more water, fries texturally from the pavement and the burger there are no words to explain how poor and slap dash. If that place has a manager I would be ashamed
After a long and tiring day at work, I decided to stop by McDonald's for some food. I was completely shocked when I ordered 5 chicken selects, which should have cost 7 pounds, but only received 3. Not only did I not get my full order, but I also ended up overpaying. I felt like I was completely ripped off and had a terrible experience. I definitely will not be returning to McDonald's in the future. It was absolutely horrendous.
I have lost track of the number of times this restaurant has gotten my order wrong! I can forgive a mistake once or twice, but it is happening more and more frequently. When I called McDonalds in Ripon to ask for a refund for the item that was missing, I was told they could not issue a refund and that I would have to come into the store to get a replacement item. The customer service was shocking and I will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.
I reside in Ripon and have seen this restaurant slowly decline in all aspects over the years. Today was the final time I will visit this mcdonalds. A few days ago I picked up breakfast for my son and myself we drove out of the drive through and the short distance home. The food was cold and stale like it had been cooked and shelved for an hour or more. To be Frank it was inedible. I went this morning with the intension of raising my concerns and to simply request a freshly cooked breakfast. The employee requested my receipt from the last visit which I did not have because it was placed in the takeaway bag and was illegible. I said I didn 't want a refund just freshly cooked food, I need to get my manager was the response. At the window the manager was rude and unhelpful I simply stated I was not wanting a refund just hot food. His response was if I did that for everyone i would lose money . I did not think hot edible food was such a big request. He was rude and unhelpful and closed the window in my face while the spotty teenager stood behind him looked on in glee. How this place passes food health and safety standards is beyond me.
