Pizza Hut - Harrogate

If you have set aside a couple of hours prior to when you want to actually get your food, then Pizza Hut Harrogate has you covered. When I rang to check the order (30 minutes after the 30 minute delivery window) I was told “it’s just coming out the oven now”. The pizza turned up a full hour after that, so not only was it late, I was lied to. No apologies, just “we have no drivers”

Do not promise a specific delivery time if you cannot meet it. Our orders have been over half an hour late multiple times. The quality of the food is inconsistent - sometimes excellent, other times very poor. The only reason we continue to order from this restaurant is because Domino's no longer delivers to our area.

I arrived at the restaurant very late and my pizza was cold. Nobody enjoys soggy pizza. It shouldn't be that difficult to deliver on time. If you can't meet the delivery window, then don't offer it. I will not be returning.

Thank you again to Sal and his Team fo another excellent delivery of Pizza Buffet for 50 people. We're doing this every few months and is appreciated by all staff.

I like the food. Easy order. Good deals. The only massive problem is that I get an alert saying it’s arrived about 10 minutes before it’s arrived
