The Bay Horse - Harrogate

I absolutely loved this restaurant. The dining room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable with large fluffy towels. The food was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I thought it was great value for the price. Overall, we had a fantastic experience during our one-night stay.

I have visited this pub several times over the long Easter weekend and I must say, it is a charming old-style village pub with friendly service. They serve a wide range of delicious food, including classic dishes, homemade cakes, and steaks. I highly recommend it.

They stayed overnight to break the journey from Scotland. had a very friendly reception and excellent value for money. rooms very comfortable, meals were nice and beer well kept. highly recommended.

What a really good experience. this was not only an overnight stay, but transported for the day into a real northern hospitality. the hotel is a perfect mix of traditional quintessential English pub and individual accommodations. the menu was great and they only knew that there was the additional bonus of the right home cooking from a cook that knows how to make good quality correct menu. we had already been told about the steak pipe and we were not disappointed. the bonus the next day was also a fantastic full English breakfast that we set up for the day. even at dinner, drinks and overnight, the bill was very reasonable. great little place and very glad we found it.

Perfect.. perfect.. perfect. Host's were amazing as was beer, evening meal and breakfast. Service from the girls at dinner was 5 star. This is a proper Inn owned by proper people..enough said except the biggest thankyou for you hospitality and care. We'll be back. Derek and Sue Huntley.
