Contribuisci feedbackWe were there for a weber grill seminar, as the former star chef patrick also runs a weber gourmet academy, and we enjoyed a nice evening. the facility of the location is clean, welcoming and offers some very cozy niches. the center is the well-equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and there is plenty of space to sit and eat. the quality of the food is excellent as patrick works with hand-picked suppliers. we have worked on various weaver grills such as gas and wood charcoal and learned a lot about direct, 50:50, indirect and minion ring grills in addition to preparing and seasoning. the team with patrick, björn and cathie was very dedicated and focused on sharing experiences and insider while creating a pleasant atmosphere. you realize they love what they do. we will definitely come back.
Patrick speck is an excellent chef with lots of experience and interesting tricks he can explain to them. there are cooking classes as well as a regular dinner (usually once in the month) and both are fantastic! but they can also make a private cooking class with their friends / their family or their colleagues. highly recommended! on the web page you will find the list of events for the next months. book them in advance!
We had a very nice evening in Harsewinkel.The 4-course menu was of the most extreme. patrick and björn could be watched and asked at any time when preparing.The service powers were very attentive, but not intrusive.The wee fit very well to the menu.We will repeaters:-)DANKE to the team!
Great kochevents, top quality of all ingredients, informative personal care. already participated several times in kochevents, always super. makes also grill courses for webers with the difference that here are profi chefs at work and not only grillers
Lovely chef, always ready for a fun. beautiful facility and eating from the finest! it was a completely successful evening.
