We used to go, on the occasion of our traditional passages on the region, to remy hengel in bischtroff, once known for the quality of its flambées pies, but closed since last year. a resident friend in harskirchen, accustomed to the places, recently recommended the hostel, and we were not disappointed! all the ingredients of an excellent flame are here. an excellent address for those who wish to taste a top quality pie, in the purest Alsatian tradition. We'll definitely be back. Bravo!
