Café De 4 Roser - Harstad

A local favourite with daily lunch and dinner menus on the blackboard, cakes and coffee. Friendly and welcoming manager/owner. The food was alright and fulling. Unfortunately, our experiences with the service were not the most pleasant.

Sorry. I always give 1 star when I get a banana milkshake that is not from real banana but from some flavour powder for this kinda price. The food was nice.

10/10! I love this restaurant! I was here twice and both were a perfect experience. I really prefer places where the menu is short, but the quality is high! I tried to smuggle them and they were fantastic. I also tried the seafood pasta (delicious, but the creamy fish sup topped everything, it was the best fish I ever had! Very good caffeine with delicious, good value, eat. we had the fried chicken with coleslaw and the burger. both were well prepared and delicious. the location itself is comfortable although I would not visit more than a quick lunch break.
