Ellendune Centre Chinese Takeaway

Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food at this restaurant over the past year. The fried rice used to be delicious, but now it tastes bland and the dishes are often overcooked. The last straw was when I discovered a hair in my chili shredded beef, which completely turned me off. When I called to complain and inquire about their kitchen practices, I was informed that they do not wear hairnets and received a simple apology. It's disappointing to say that we will not be returning until the food improves.

Great Chinese food, pleasant staff, positive atmosphere. Great keen prices. HEARTILY recommend it. Phone ordering was easy.

I’m sure this place has been taken over by new owners. Absolutely shocking service. Visited last night (Saturday at 6pm, there was a queue out of the door and the lady made us all wait while she answered the phone.She was then shouting at the staff in the back and was quite rude to people. Waited an hour for the food. I will not be visiting here again. Due to the fact of how the service is and the rudeness of the lady behind the counter. Food was average not the best. We have been coming here for 8 years and from now on will take my custom elsewhere.

My wife and I have been going to this place for a few times, and I must say the food are excellent. I usually have the Singapore vermicelli, king dul ribs and chicken satay on skewers. We are planning for a takeaway again tomorrow as all visits been excellent and consistent. Thank you Ellendune Takeaway

I have used this Chinese several times and its been great however the last twice have been really disappointing. I ordered sweet sour hong kong style the chicken was dry and chewy with literally few bits of pineapple and red pepper... not sure whats happened or why the food seems to have dropped in quality but two consecutive poor meals means I wont be ordering from here again
