La Mexicana - Hart

I have been searching for a place like this for years. The burritos are amazing, the staff is friendly, and you can taste that everything is homemade. It's definitely worth the hour drive and we will definitely return!

Authentic. Everything is made from scratch. Don't overlook this restaurant. We stopped on our way back from camping at Silver Lake. The carnitas, chicken, and tongue gorditas were incredibly delicious. They were served with fresh salsa and lemons. We also tried some frozen mango and milk bars, which were very refreshing. The store had a variety of baked goods too. We are excited to try the Strawberry Kisses waiting for us in the fridge. We didn't take any pictures because we devoured the food quickly.

Simple, delicious Mexican food. We were driving through Hart and needed a quick bite to eat. We'll be back!

Such great authentic Mexican food! I'm here visiting the sand dunes and came across this place and am not disappointed at all. AMAZING TACOS!

Hidden gem. Al Pastor amazing!!! Quesadillas are small and packed..so good.
