The food received a rating of 2 out of 5. The cheeseburger, which I was hoping would be a highlight, was mediocre at best. Service was another letdown, earning a 1 out of 5; my order took longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or attentive. Lastly, the atmosphere of the place also received a 1 out of 5. It felt uninviting and lacked any charm. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this spot unless you're in a pinch for a quick bite.

The service was slower than at other locations, but orders were generally accurate. For takeout during lunch, the price per person is around $10–20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5. I recommend trying the Big Mac and French fries.

Let us sitting at the drive thru fort 10 minutes before evening helping us. We were the only person in the drive thru and there was 1 other car there. After paying they had us pull forward and wait on food; left us waiting over 10 minutes for 1 biscuit and a burrito Service: 1

Horrible experience. They lost our ticket we waited for 20 minutes and got cold food. I took it back in and said I wanted freshly cooked food. The line was long, yet while we were waiting, several employees kept coming out to another employees car to vape while they were all supposed to be working.Hartford city Indiana McDonald's is the worst. They have hired people who do not care about providing good service. Food: 1
