I did not have to deal with but 1 of the cafeteria staff but she was kind enough as she scanned my food. No bags, so what u grab is what u carry. Where the tables are located the space is big and has plenty of space to sit. I do feel the website is a little misleading. But it’s something to eat/drink on a short notice. I got 2 drinks/sandwich/chips and a sushi plate and it was $33.
If you work third shift at Hh this is the only place open.. the most disappointing part is how miserable the staff is and it shows, it makes you not want to buy anything.
“Manager” choses to randomly close the dining area forcing a dozen or so patrons who are waiting to see relatives in the ICU out into the freezing cold. Why? To clean? Sanitize? NO. So she can then callously video those she kicked out standing in the chill of the hospital entry. When questioned, she claims she’s following “COVID Rules.” Hospital staff unable to do anything since this is a CORPORATE OWNED LEASED location. Dining area remained EMPTY and UNUSED for HOURS afterwards. What are they thinking? Saturday Nov 27, 2021 after 4 pm.
Food is delicious but expensive. 2nd shift cook is slow and she doesn’t have the best customer service.
Food really good but the pastries where short supply barely any cookies to choose from everything else sandwiches, soups, salads etc...
