I ordered the Summer Sunset burger with a gluten-free bun and fries. The ordering process was easy and smooth thanks to the online booking and payment system.
I always find the staff at this restaurant to be very helpful with choices and suggestions. For a long time, it was one of the few places I could recommend to friends that didn't have "weird faddy food." I love the flavors of the dishes and the generous portion sizes. The only downside was that during my last visit to the Rockingham location, the outdoor seating was uncomfortable. The benches were too close to the tables, possibly to fit more patrons in.
I believe that Grill'd no longer uses a separate fryer for gluten-free items. This is very frustrating because they used to, and their burgers tasted great! From a taste perspective, I would rate them a 4 out of 5, but for gluten-free options, it's a 1 out of 5. It's disappointing that they have chosen not to prioritize this aspect of their menu.
We eat here at least once a week. Just tell them not to toast the buns, grill them and it’s fine.
