The drive-thru menu needs to be fixed immediately, and the order screen was broken. When we received our food, my husband mentioned that his meal tasted old and it was cold. Additionally, we were not provided with any napkins, ketchup, or utensils. While I typically enjoy Popeyes chicken, this experience at this location was disappointingly horrible.
This Popeyes location in Connecticut is the worst I've been to. The servers are incredibly rude and don't pay attention to specific requests. Despite informing them of my pickle allergy, my order was completely incorrect when I received it. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich without pickles but got a classic with pickles instead. I also ordered mashed potatoes but received red beans and rice. Overall, this restaurant needs to be shut down. The staff lack attention to detail and show no compassion towards their customers.
Overall, Popeyes' chicken is reliable and consistently good. However, I would not recommend getting the coleslaw at this restaurant. The coleslaw had a sour taste and was not up to par, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff had a sour attitude, making the experience even worse. I have received spoiled coleslaw from this restaurant multiple times and will not be returning. This was a disappointing experience and a letdown from the Popeyes brand.
Manager day time or shift supervisor apparently just a garbage person so with that you get garbage everything to include but not limited to the customer service experience. Some people just don't belong in the food industry. Enough said
The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I have been here more than a 100 times and they either don’t have fries or spicy chicken or give me the wrong order. PLUS, they always have an attitude
