Porron Pina - Hartford

Always a wonderful experience! I love the authenticity of the food blended with some local offerings (womanchego! . I also appreciate the ability to try a variety thanks to the tapas. It has a lively but cozy atmosphere my friend and I were very comfortable. I hope that the next risotto is able to be made gluten free as I'm sure it is amazing.

Had a great dinner at the bar while in town for work. The bartenders were attentive and pleasant. A cozy lounge area with a good Tapas menu and great wine selection. A big cocktail drinking crowd and their Gin Tonic looks fantastic. It was very busy and the crowd rolls in and out of the lounge. They are open later but the kitchen closes at 9 so plan accordingly!

Coworker introduced me to their donuts.... I feel sorry for people without self control. I haven't heard of anyone who likes donuts that does not like the donuts from this place. The Cherry donut is probably the most amazing for me. It's so good I always forget to take a pic before I start destroying it. I usually don't like too much chocolate but the double chocolate donuts is also pretty awesome. I've had others but those are the most notable. If you like donuts try it. 7am 11am for the donuts and coffee. I'd venture to say the donuts probably taste good without frosting and flavors. That's how good these donuts are. And if you wanna balance out the naughty they usually have a few fruits available.

Amazing Gin cocktails at Pina, Hendricks being my favorite. Very authentic tasting food at Porron my suggestion would be to order tapas instead of ordering larger dinner plates.

I've only ever been to their unique bar/lounge area, but it's a lovely spot for a date or hanging out with a small group. They've got a diverse list of cocktails that will keep every one happy and tapas to balance out your evening. Whether it's cocktails or coffees, Porron and Pina definitely does it right!
