Ricko's Jamaican - Hartford

This review is about the driver not my food. Pretty sure he stole it because the knot that was tied on the bag was loose and if you order from ricko's then you know that's never the case

I was shocked at the order I received. I never had soup so watered down. No meat etc

Just from the staff I delt with on Sunday! 5 stars compared to other Caribbean establishments!The ackee saltfish had big chunks of fist, the ackee was very fresh the tomatoes onions complemented the entire dish. The banana, yam dumplings were also good. The chicken soup was flavorful just want the body needs on a cold day. The establishment itself was nice well maintained.This was my first time visiting Rico’s it won’t be my last.

I got a small fish and rice and it’s so good !!! They aren’t overpriced and they give you a good amount of food ! Drove all the way from Newhaven . And their attitude is so nice . Thank
