Everything is made fresh to order and can be customized to your liking. They offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options on their menu. The staff is also very attentive to food allergies, using separate blenders for nut allergies. This place is a hidden gem!

Without a doubt, my favorite place in Hartford is the Rush Bowl. The signature 'Beach Bowl' is my top choice, and is a great option for those who have never tried an acai bowl before. The portions are generous for the price, and it is easy to customize your order. The owners of Rush Bowl Hartford are the best in town, and their passion for their food is evident in the quality of their bowls and smoothies. What really sets this place apart is the amazing team that works there. It is rare to find staff who genuinely care about their customers and take the time to ask about your day while you place your order. The restaurant offers ample seating both inside and outside, where you can relax and enjoy your meal. I will definitely be returning soon.

After a weekend of Irish Step Dancing, my kids were craving a treat. We decided to stop at Rush Bowls and were blown away by the delicious items we tried, which had been highly recommended. The standout, however, was the exceptional service we received. One of my children accidentally left their water bottle outside, but when we reached out to Rush Bowls, they not only confirmed that they had found it but also went above and beyond by shipping it back to us. From now on, Rush Bowls will be our go-to food stop whenever we are in Hartford!
