She clearly explained how the dining experience worked and ensured we could take our time. She checked in on us enough without being intrusive, and the server team was very friendly and efficient. The variety of meats was impressive, but I found the rotation of servers could have been better. When a server brought out a dish I liked, I often didn't see that particular item again for another 10 minutes. That being said, there were plenty of different cuts to sample, making it a fun experience, though it’s definitely not geared toward vegans. The lamb was tasty, though one preparation was far too salty while the other was perfectly seasoned. The filet mignon was exactly what I expected, and the salad was fresh, which is a plus even though I personally don’t choose to eat salad. The rice tasted a bit like it was from a Chinese restaurant, while the whipped potatoes were wonderful. However, there was something in one of the bowls that I didn't care for. Overall, they serve a generous amount of food, but I might opt for a different selection next time. The style of service made it challenging to take pictures of my meal, but it was a delightful experience nonetheless.
Prepare yourself for exceptional meat and outstanding service! This restaurant boasts a beautiful design, surpassing many of the Texas de Brazil locations I've visited in the past. The selection of meats is impressive and cooked to perfection. The prices are standard for this dining experience; with drinks and gratuity, you can expect to spend around $100 per person.
