The Press Hartford

I've been here a few times, most recently for a headphone party. The DJs were good, and the overall atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The crowd was lively, filled with dancing, laughter, and fun. The bartenders were excellent, and the drinks were both visually appealing and strong. The bathroom was also quite clean. I have no complaints about my visits.

I visited this restaurant for a happy hour celebration with my colleagues on a Tuesday night. The venue was spacious and impeccably clean, accommodating a good number of guests. The drink specials, including $5 cocktails, beer, wine, and select appetizers, were fantastic. They offered an extensive cocktail menu, and I particularly enjoyed their meatballs, which were delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I attended a low-key press event at the restaurant and found the setup to be quite pleasant, along with the overall atmosphere. There was plenty of space, and the large bar ensured prompt service. The drinks were enjoyable, and the music was great too. I deducted one star because the bathroom was out of toilet paper in the stalls, and some areas of the floor were sticky.

We tried several items trying to find something we really liked, but every dish fell short of being remarkable. We tried the fried ravioli, buffalo chicken empanadas, meatballs, and the pork belly. Like I said we kept trying. Nothing was bad, just standard bar food that did not taste like it was prepared fresh (as in it was possibly bought frozen from a supplier). The bartenders were friendly. The cocktails were okay. It's a great concept, but if you are trying to attract a crowd that is willing to pay a premium for craft cocktails, you should up the food and drink game.

Horrible.. this is the press burger.. supposed to be arugula red onions roasted peppers and Dijon sauce it came with wilted lettuce and American cheese and that's all. The waitress was an absolute sweetie.. Stephanie.. she should use her wonderful people skills at another place with decent food and a better GM.
