Victoria's Pizza - Hartford

Man said pizza will take 40 minutes but was more like an hour and a half. On top of that there was hair in my food.

Horrible service, high priced for low quality ingredients. I live 4 minutes away from Victoria's pizza in walking distance, 1 minute away in a car. I ordered at 10pm. At 11pm still no pizza so I called, they said the driver would be here in 3 minutes. 26 minutes later still no pizza. I called back and they said he should be arriving now that he got lost. He arrived at 1130 pm. I asked if he got lost and he said no. I was still charged full price and a 3 dollar delivery fee. To make matters worse the pizzas did not have the extra cheeses they charged me for, the sauce was barely present and the dough taste old and hard. A complete downgrade from when it was Omega pizza.

Very bad pizzaria. Rude owner; always late, they said 30 min but it is like 1:30 h. Food don’t tasty so good, and high price! I don’t recommend!

Amazing food! I went there with my family and will definitely going back! Kids friendly, excellent costumer service!
