Domino's Pizza - Hartland

This place is terrible. Almost every order is messed up and until recently, no one would ever answer the phone. Tonight we received the wrong pizza and were able to speak to someone who apologized and said as soon as the driver returned, they would send it immediately. After 45 minutes, I called back and the pizza had still not left the store. The person on the phone stated they were really sorry and would speak to the manager about a gift card or something to make up for the inconvenience. The manager told them no, which is fine because we won’t be ordering again.

Great service with a smile…The gentleman that greeted me was polite, friendly and happy to see me…… the place was super clean and all the equipment looked new.Will definitely come back!

Dominoes needs to put more sauce on their pizzas. I've ordered with extra sauce before and still barely any sauce but yet you charge me a extra 2.00 .... I've given up on getting extra sauce and soon will be giving up on Dominoes all together. Sucks cuz if I'm getting cheaper pizza I prefer Dominoes over the others. Please add more sauce so we can taste it !!!!This is a general rant not how my pizza was last night. Last night said my order was ready, walked inside to be told they have to remake my pizza. Was only like 10 minutes and I get it, things happen.

Picked up pizza in Hartland because it's close to my office. I got home 30 minutes later, and when we opened the pizzas, two had incorrect toppings, and one wasn't even cut. I tried to call the location and no one would answer. After multiple attempts I made a complaint via the app and went to get my family a different dinner. We are very disappointed.
