I ordered through the app. The email said that it was done and I went in to pick it up. They were getting swamped. The manager stepped in and finished up the order. They did not have enough teriyaki chicken. They made up for it with another menu item. The staff and the manager were extremely nice and helpful. The manager did extremely good service recovery. I highly suggest this place as it seems that they are caring of their customers and their customer's experience. Every time i order here, no matter how much food i order, you guys will only give to packets of sweet and sour. I always request soy sauce. And never get soy sauce. It becomes a bit ridiculous that i have to go buy soy sauce to use with my food. When it is obvious you guys have soy sauce! Especially when some one requests it!!!! Do better! Service: Take out
