When I asked if this meant my food would be cold when we picked it up, the staff member said yes, and then tried to hand me the incorrect order again when we arrived. This is a new location, but they clearly need to improve their quality control. I also placed a business order, and the employee struggled to get that right as well. Eventually, the manager had to step in. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement.
I recently placed an online order with Hartland and received the wrong order entirely. When I inquired whether our food would be cold upon pick-up, the employee confirmed it would be. Then, they attempted to blame us for “grabbing” the wrong order, although we were simply handed the incorrect one. While this is a new location, they clearly need to improve their quality control. Additionally, during an in-store order, the employee struggled to get that right as well, necessitating intervention from the manager. They really need to step up their game.
