Full House - Hartlepool

Haven’t ordered since they got my food wrong in November. Tried again, was quick delivery but totally wrong food for £16!! Called them, they denied it fair enough. Listened to call back over and quite obviously it is what I’m saying (I DONT EVEN LIKE CURRY SO WOULDNT ORDER), so I’ve offered to send the call to email or on facebook, they’ve now put the phone down and blocked my calls. I could’ve even dropped the food back off for the right order but they don’t seem interested to help which is a shame.

Ordered kung pow chicken and vegi curry. Chicken meal had peanuts rather than cashew and was bit oily; vegi curry only had mushrooms and couple of carrot for vegis also sauce was quite watery.

I have ordered from many takeaways in the town over the years and finding a great Chinese is sometimes a bit of a gamble. This place is very good and the food is very tasty. My only qualm is that on more than a few occasions they miss something that I've ordered Which can be a little frustrating when you have sat and waited in for the delivery. I think that's just down to the language barrier. Make sure you get her to confirm everything back to you to ensure that she has understood what you have ordered. Other than that.... a fantastic meal at a great price.

Warm cans of pop chips hard and tasteless service terrible worse Chinese I have ever been too avoid and they charge far too much
