Arby's - Hartselle

I ordered a bacon swiss chicken sandwich it came with lettuce and chicken no bacon and no swiss. Also ordered the new chicken loaded curly fries had no ranch on it and the bacon was so hard it wasn't edible. Not to mention I didn't even get a receipt apparently to do a review online. Never will ever eat at this Arby's again if any. It's a waste of money and time I live 25 mins from town and drove just to get Arby's for them not to get a single thing correct.

They like to cram everything in one sack,then it breaks. The lady got upset,when I asked for another bag.Then my BLTs had no tomatoes on them. What is the T for???

I have now been to the Arby’s in Hartselle several times and they have been out of roast beef. They claim “We have the Meats”! They have everything but roast beef!! WTF!!! Sorry Arby’s but you’ve lost my business. At least here in Alabama!

Ordered French Dip Swiss as I have many times over many years. Today, the meat is inedible. It tastes like I imagine dog food tastes. It is brown, yellow and tan in color. The store’s door is locked. The phone rang so long Verizon actually ended the call. I’m in line at the drive through now to return this abomination.
